Associate – Securities Operations (Full-Time, Onsite)
Downtown Vancouver | $20 - $26/hour + full benefits
Endeavor Trust Corporation is a provincially regulated financial institution and transfer agent in downtown Vancouver. We work behind the scenes of the Canadian securities market — supporting public and private companies with share transactions, financings, corporate actions, and shareholder record management.
We’re hiring a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive person to join our Securities Operations team. This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build experience within the financial services industry.
No prior securities experience required — we provide training.
While the role begins with core processing responsibilities, it forms the foundation of our operations. Team members
who demonstrate strong accuracy, reliability, and critical thinking over time may have the opportunity to take on more complex responsibilities, such as corporate actions, leading AGM coordination and compliance support.
What You’ll Do:
- Process share transactions and maintain accurate shareholder records using internal systems.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents related to share issuances, transfers, and corporate actions.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders (including lawyers, accountants, and corporate directors/officers, etc.).
- Produce and distribute share statements and share certificates.
- Assist with organizing documentation for annual general meetings.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and operational projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort working with computers and learning new systems.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Takes ownership of task, follows through and asks questions when unsure.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Nice-to-Have:
- 1–2 years of office, finance, legal, or administrative experience handling documents and data entry
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, onsite (not remote)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20 - $26 /hour (approximately $42,000–$54,000/year based on full-time hours), depending on experience.
- Extended health, dental, life insurance, AD&D, critical illness, and long-term disability.
- $500 Health Spending / Lifestyle & Wellness Account.
